We want you to be fully satisfied with your Eastpak gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all items purchased directly from our online store. All returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Items
Place the unused products in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring you include any documentation provided during the portal registration.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.
